IIJ Conducts SRC Election

International Institute of Journalism, Ado Ekiti Campus has conducted its Students Representative Council election for 2023 session.
The State Coordinator, Mr Dare Daniels supervised the manifestos and the election. In attendance was the Former NUJ Chairman, Agokun Tai Oguntayo and some of the past students.
Elected are; Personal Assistant to a serving Senator, Mr Akanji Oyeola as the President, the Assistant News Editor of Fountain Newsbreaker, Christianah Fawale as the Vice President, Mr Oluwatoke Taiwo as the General Secretary and the Secretary of Cotai Communication, Fadekemi Oniyelu as the Treasurer. Others are; Olayemi Oluwafunmilayo as the Welfare and Segun Oguntoyinbo as the PRO.
The Coordinator of the Campus, Mr Daniels and the former NUJ bos who is also the Chairman of IIJ Academic board, Akogun Oguntayo encouraged the appointed executives to lay a good legacy for the institution during their tenure. The new leaders were urged to perform their duties and as well as face their studies.
