Oyebanji Accents to Electricity Power Sector, 4 Other New Bills
In commemoration of his first year in office celebration, Ekiti State Governor, Biodun Oyebanji, earlier this morning, signed five new bills (recently passed by the EKHA) into laws.
The newly signed laws are: I. Ekiti State Sports Commission Law 2023. Ii. Ekiti State Lotterie and Gaming Law 2023. Iii. Ekiti State Development and Investment Promotion Agency (EKDIPA) Law 2023 iv. Ekiti State Electricity Power Sector Law 2023 v. 2023 Supplementary Appropriation Law.
The brief ceremony which held at the EXCO chamber, Governor’s Office, Ado Ekiti was witnessed by the Deputy Governor, Chief (Mrs) Monisade Afuye: Wife of Governor, Dr Olayemi Oyebanji. Speaker EKHA, Rt. Hon Adeoye Aribasoye, members of EKHA and state executive council member were also present.
