Ekiti First Lady Inaugurates ADOCCIMA NAWORG
… Pledges collaboration with Businesswomen

The wife of Ekiti State Governor, Dr Olayemi Oyebanji has inaugurated Ado Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (ADOCCIMA), an organ of Business Women Group(NAWORG) in Ekiti State, promising to cooperate with them to enhance their businesses.
Dr Oyebanji who did the inaugurated the group’s Executives last Thursday in Ado-Ekiti, during the ADOCCIMA NAWORG Seminar commended them for their commitment to promoting women participation in Commerce
In the Seminar themed: “Importance of Money Management and Guide against Business Decline”, the First Lady encouraged women to take advantage of the human resources and leverage in networking opportunities to build their businesses.
She thereby promised to collaborate with women-owned businesses in order to achieve success in their businesses.
In her words, “I commend NAWORG for their commitment to promote women participation in commerce and organising this valuable seminar.
“I therefore encourage all participants to actively engage, take advantage of the resources provided especially, the human resources and leverage in networking opportunities to build our businesses.
“I will collaborate with women now that they have cooperative society, I can also put in money to support them.
“I will collaborate with Ekiti NAWORG to ensure that they have good life in their businesses and by extension Ekiti generally, will benefit from what they are doing.” She said
On her part, the Coordinator, ADOCCIMA NAWORG, Ekiti State, Dr Abimbola Oni, appreciated the state government for their support and pleaded for more assistance in order to attain financial stability.
Also, the National Chairperson, NACCIMA Business Women Group(NAWORG), Hajia Aishat Abubakar, ably represented by the Ondo NAWORG Coordinator, Dr Funmi Williams, also called on the incoming government at the Federal level to give more capital to deserving women at the grassroots by building their capacity in terms of training and money management.
In her lecture, Margaret Fagboyo, a development Expert and Women Advocate, enjoined women not to take loan beyond their limits and try to live within their standards in order to manage their money.
