Best Teacher Dedicates Award To Classmates

The overall best secondary school Teacher in Nigeria, Olaoluwa Asubiojo has dedicated the award presented to him to his secondary school classmates.
Asubiojo announced this decision to his Ekiti Baptist High School ,1986 set when they paid him a courtesy visit at Amoye Grammar School, along Akure road, Ikere Ekiti, Ekiti State early this week on the award given to him by the Federal government as the best public secondary school Teacher in Nigeria.
Asubiojo said, “Iam happy to see you around me today as colleagues and classmates at EBHS and let me also give the glory to my God for this great opportunity and I am happy to tell you that this award is dedicated to you “.
The leader of the delegation and the chairman of EBHS 1986 set, Ayodele Rotimi while presenting a congratulatory letter together with his set at the principal’s office commended the giant stride of Asubiojo to have emerged as the best among his colleagues .
“We are proud of you as EBHS 1986 set, I mean your classmates to congratulate and also to identify ourselves with you on your success as the first among equal “, he said.
In her response, the principal of Amoye Grammar School, Iyunola Adeniran thanked Asubiojo’s classmates for their visit to celebrate one of them. Adeniran further stated “Asubiojo has lifted the name of Amoye Grammar School high as a Teacher and I want to also implore you to continue in this direction “.
Among his EBHS classmates that presented the letter to him are Gani Salau, Oyewole Fatunla and Gbenga Ogunlade.
It would be recalled that Ola Asubiojo, a Physics Teacher at Amoye Grammar School, Ikere Ekiti won the best Teacher award in Ekiti State and the overall best Teacher in Nigeria which was honored by the Federal government through the Minister for Education, Mallam Adamu Adamu on the 5th of October ,2020 at the Eagle Square, Abuja . He was presented with a 2019 Hyoda car.
