Oyebanji takes governance outside Ekiti

To those thinking that Ekiti State Governor, Abiodun Oyebanji is a local champion for spending more time in his office, he has taken governance outside the State to prove that he’s an all-round Governor.

In getting more investment for the State, the governor has been meeting both local and foreign investors on how Ekiti can be turned around. “You can not be a Governor in Ekiti State and sit down in office attending to files and conducting meetings alone,” this a comment by a political pundit.

“You need to reach out to key People, Ministries, Agencies, Departments, and Institutions that can help you bring prosperity to the people of Ekiti State.” Observers said

Since he came on board as Governor last year, Mr. Biodun Oyebanji has been taking strategic moves out of the state to meet and discuss with people of power, means, and influence to fulfill his electioneering promises to the people of the state, moving from one office to the other, particularly in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, and Lagos.

You must have seen his latest meetings with people and authorities in the outgoing week in Abuja. This Saturday again, he was with the National Coordinator of National Social Investment Programs (NSIP), Engr Umar Bindir in Abuja to discuss the implementation of social investment programs in Ekiti State.

In a few days to come, BAO is working relentlessly to meet with President Muhammed Buhari and the President-elect, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, to table some proposals before them individually.
